Absolute Disaster Services has developed and maintained a firm Code of Ethics to ensure that everything we do is clear and in our customers best interest.
- ADS shall abide by the Code of Ethics and substantially follow all standards of this code.
- ADS will not engage in any practices that could be damaging to the public or bring discredit to the mitigation and restoration industry.
- ADS will be fair, honest, and impartial and will act in good faith in dealing with the public.
- ADS will not discriminate in any business activities on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin or handicap and shall comply with all federal, state and local laws.
- ADS will be truthful regarding services, qualifications and recommendations from satisfied customers.
- ADS will have no undisclosed conflict of interest with the client.
- ADS will always act in the interest of the client, unless doing so violates a law, statute or this Code of Ethics.
- ADS will use a written contract that specifies the services to be performed, limitation of services and fees.
- ADS will comply with all government rules and licensing requirements of the jurisdiction where ADS conducts business.
- ADS will strive to improve the industry by sharing lessons and experiences for the benefit of all.
